We are seeking a talented software engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and be familiar with Speech Recognition (ASR) systems. This role involves working closely with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with experts to drive advancements in speech recognition.
Responsibilities:
Speech model Development: Develop and refine the speech model to meet criteria, then deploy it to the production endpoint, including data processing, model training and evaluation and model fine-tuning.
Tool and Module Development: Create and maintain tools and modules to enhance workflow efficiency. Implement automation solutions to streamline data processing and model management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other engineering teams and stakeholders to integrate ASR models into broader systems. Provide support for deploying and maintaining models in production environments.
Team Support: Assist in building and managing overseas team. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or AI-related coursework are a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python with at least 3 years of experience in coding.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Personal Attributes: Optimistic, proactive, and demonstrates ownership and accountability in their work
Others:
Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies, particularly in the field of AI.
A proactive and driven individual with a strong desire to lead and take ownership of projects.
Proficiency in Chinese is a plus but not required.
