What You Will Do:
• Break down complex business and technical problems into structured, scalable systems
• Design solution architectures, including workflows, data flows, and decision logic
• Direct and validate AI tools to implement system components and solutions
• Review AI-generated output for correctness, edge cases, and long-term scalability
• Participate in architecture reviews, planning sessions, and system-level discussions
• Learn complex concepts quickly and apply them to real, production-level systems
• Gradually assume ownership and accountability for live systems and outcomes

Experience & Mindset We’re Looking For:
• Strong learning speed and the ability to reason through complex or unfamiliar material
• Systems-oriented thinking rather than task- or feature-focused execution
• Comfort with ambiguity, accountability, and evolving requirements
• Willingness to adopt AI-first workflows and abandon outdated development habits
• Background in software development, engineering, or technical problem-solving (formal or self-taught)
• Preference for responsibility, judgment, and long-term relevance over hand-holding

Compensation & Perks:
• ₱70,000–₱90,000 monthly stipend with performance-based progression
• Fully remote role (Philippines-based, U.S. hours)
