We seek an Automation Developer to design, build, and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across REPH and supported business units. The role is hands‑on, delivery‑focused, and centers on Python, with UiPath and Power Platform as complementary tools. The developer partners with the Automation Lead, DXO leaders, operations teams, and global stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable automations, primarily owning the development phase and providing post‑deployment support.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Development
Develop automation solutions using Python.
Build RPA workflows with UiPath or Power Automate.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure solutions are efficient, documented, and unit‑tested.
Delivery & Support
Lead the Develop phase of the automation lifecycle.
Support design, testing, and deployment activities.
Ensure compliance with security, compliance, and data‑privacy standards.
Maintain and enhance existing automations.
Operations & Troubleshooting
Monitor automations and resolve incidents.
Conduct root‑cause analysis and implement long‑term fixes.
Coordinate escalations with global delivery teams.
Collaboration
Work with SMEs, process owners, IT, and global teams.
Provide accurate effort estimates and status updates.
Work effectively in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Knowledge Sharing
Serve as a technical resource for Python and RPA.
Support training, knowledge transfer, and best practices.
Stay updated on automation tools, Python frameworks, and enterprise AI.
Required Skills & Experience
Must‑Have
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of automation development experience.
Strong Python skills.
Experience in enterprise automation delivery.
Solid testing, documentation, and automation best‑practice knowledge.
Good‑to‑Have
Experience with UiPath, Power Automate, or Power Platform.
API, web service, or database integration experience.
Experience with Excel, SharePoint, and VBA/macros.
Familiarity with PDDs and TDDs.
Exposure to enterprise AI (OCR, ML, LLM‑enabled automation).
Experience with global/offshore teams.
