Senior Software Engineer (Python & AI)

We’re looking for an additional Senior Software Engineer to help drive a team we’re building in the Philippines while collaborating closely with our well-established AU Team. Also, someone who is willing to explore the AI world.

The Role:
As a Software Engineer at Plexus, you'll build AI-powered features that transform how Fortune 500 legal teams operate. Working in an Agile team, you'll deliver full-stack solutions using React, Vue, Python, Django, and AWS cloud technologies. We need engineers who can quickly ship quality code while
embracing AI tools to enhance productivity.

Technical Skills:
● Strong coding fundamentals in at least one of our specified languages (React, Vue, Python, Django, and AWS cloud technologies)
● Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks
● Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and databases
● Basic cloud/deployment knowledge
● Breaks down complex problems into manageable parts
● Considers multiple solutions before implementing
● Debugs issues methodically
● Actively uses or eager to learn AI development tools
● Understands how to leverage AI for productivity
● Critical thinking about AI output quality
