IT Project Manager (ISG Personalmanagement GmbH)

Responsibilities:
- You will take responsibility for software development projects – from supporting the proposal process, through requirements engineering, project planning and implementation to successful go-live.
- In this role, you will coordinate the team and ensure compliance with quality, budget, time and scope requirements to bring our customer projects to a successful conclusion.
- You communicate effectively with both developers and the client's IT management.
- You have the ability to present complex technical topics in a way that is understandable even to less IT-savvy audiences.
- You create structured project and implementation concepts.
- You will represent us in customer meetings - either together with the Technical Lead or on your own.
- You actively manage risk, change, and communication.
- You coordinate internal and external stakeholders at the enterprise level.

Your profile:
- You have several years of experience leading software projects (in the banking sector).
- Project management certifications are not mandatory, but definitely a plus.
- You present yourself confidently and professionally and have excellent German skills.
- You speak fluent English.
- You possess a strong technical understanding and (theoretical) know-how in the following areas: Web technologies, Databases (SQL), APIs

Attractive compensation: depending on professional experience and education, an above-average salary is offered, based on a base salary and a performance-oriented commission model.
Salary:
The annual gross salary for this position is between EUR 50,000 and EUR 70,000 (based on full-time employment, 38.5 hours/week). Depending on expertise and experience, a significantly higher salary is certainly possible. The specific salary agreement will be discussed in a personal interview. Payment is made 14 times a year in accordance with the applicable collective agreement for information technology and data processing (IT).
