Key Responsibilities
- Process & analyze retail sales, inventory & performance data
- Create reports & dashboards (Excel & Power BI)
- Monitor store performance, trends & KPIs
- Conduct competitor & product analysis
- Deliver insights for business decisions
- Ensure data accuracy, validation & consistency
- Support cross-team data coordination & reporting
- Prepare weekly/monthly business reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 1–3 yrs data/retail experience
- Advanced Excel & Power BI skills
- Strong analytical & reporting skills
- Experience in dashboards & data visualization
- Detail-oriented, organized & proactive
- Able to manage large datasets & reports
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Can work under pressure & meet deadlines
