We are looking for a full-time Remote Data Analyst to join our team. We don't just do traditional analysis; we leverage AI tools to accelerate insights, automate cleaning, and build robust data pipelines.
The Role: This is a full-time, 100% remote position. You will use a combination of SQL, Python, and AI tools (like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to transform raw data into actionable business intelligence.
What You'll Actually Do
- QA software outputs — audit and validate data flowing through our systems.
- Build dashboards — turn data into visualizations stakeholders can act on (Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau).
- Write documentation — explain the "why" behind your analyses so the team can act on them without you in the room.
What We're Looking For
1. Communication is #1 — Explain the "why" behind the data. Clear writing & critical thinking.
2. Technical Literacy — Comfortable reading and writing SQL and Python. Data viz experience (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) is a major plus. Proof: share a link to a SQL or Python project
3. AI-First Mindset — You will use AI daily. We test whether you can validate AI output, not just generate it.
4. Self-Starters — Leadership or self-managed-project history is highly valued. No years-of-experience requirement — just prove you can deliver.
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: $500–$1,000/month (₱28,500–₱57,000), full-time. Anchored to entry tier;negotiable based on skill and output.
- Hours: Flexible hours with an asynchronous team.
- Environment: No micromanagement; we focus on results and clear communication.
- Cadence: Team syncs on selected days (Pacific Time).
