Your area of responsibility:
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you can expect a diverse range of tasks with independent responsibilities in the field of digitalization. Organizational and analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and technical expertise are essential for this position.
Your job:
You are the contact person for our internal customers regarding the IT service portfolio for which you are responsible.
You provide technical and professional support for the software used in railway vehicle maintenance.
You create the requirements analysis and documentation (requirements specification) in agile and traditional ways.
You coordinate the collaboration with our internal and external service providers and carry out release planning and application testing.
You proactively advise our internal clients on IT topics and prepare decision-making documents at the management level.
You coach employees within the framework of professional leadership.
You will take on project management tasks and handle tasks in the area of 2nd level support.
Your profile:
You have completed IT training (FH, HTL, vocational school or apprenticeship with IT relevance) and already have professional experience in business analysis.
Ideally, you already have knowledge in the field of railway vehicle maintenance or industrial software.
You have a very high customer and service orientation, you are a talented presenter, you have a confident manner, you are a team player and resilient.
Ideally, the candidate will have a certification in Requirements Engineering (IREB CPRE), Business Analysis (IIBA CCBA, CBAP) or Project Management (IPMA) or comparable certifications (Scrum etc.).
You are willing to undertake occasional business trips.

The position of "Senior Specialist in Business Analysis" offers a minimum gross annual salary of €55,307. Higher pay is possible depending on qualifications and professional experience.
