Job description
- Processing and analyzing incoming tickets related to Microsoft 365, identities, permissions, and other digital workplace platforms
- Supporting the troubleshooting of technical issues
- Contributing to rollouts, changes, and smaller projects in the area of digital workplace
- Continuously optimizing internal processes and maintaining documentation and the knowledge base
- Working closely with our globally distributed, diverse IT team to ensure a consistent, secure, and modern user experience
Requirements
- Completed vocational training — ideally in an IT-related field — or initial professional experience plus a strong affinity for IT and an interest in developing within the IT environment.
- Interest in and enjoyment of working in a technical, cloud-oriented environment.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach — you will patiently support colleagues worldwide with a solution-oriented mindset and a high level of quality awareness.
- Good communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
- Enjoyment of being part of an international, supportive, and diverse team where mutual respect and collaboration are paramount.
